Senior Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To shape the financial strategy and drive growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Vice President of Finance will lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, and treasury functions in a remote capacity while collaborating with the executive leadership team to maximize long-term enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial insights to guide business direction
• Develop long-range financial plans and evaluate investment opportunities to support growth objectives and capital allocation
• Lead and strengthen a high-performing finance organization, ensuring effective financial operations and reporting

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in high-growth consumer businesses
• Experience scaling a consumer products company from approximately $100M to $150M+ in revenue
• Deep expertise in direct-to-consumer subscription businesses and omnichannel experience, including DTC and retail
• Proven ability to partner with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and external financial partners
• Strong background in forecasting, financial modeling, and capital planning
