Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization while driving revenue growth

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet management or leasing
- Proven success in selling complex, value-based solutions within transportation or fleet electrification
- Strong understanding of leasing contracts and deal structures
- Experienced in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
