Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytical healthcare executives to optimize value-based care program performance
• Direct the development and execution of strategic plans for forecasting, valuation, and reserving of VBC programs
• Provide analytical support for VBC operations, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and market dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, FSA/ASA, or Master's) in a quantitative field related to healthcare economics
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing analytics teams in healthcare organizations
• Expertise in CMS MSSP/REACH and managed care VBC program design
• Proven success in financial planning and VBC program valuation
• Hands-on proficiency with analytical tools and programming languages (SAS, SQL, R)
