Job Summary

Leading the HR function in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Vice President of HR will design and implement innovative people strategies, oversee HR operations, and foster a high-performing culture while ensuring compliance across diverse global markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Design and execute modern People strategies to enhance employee engagement and optimize HR technology
  • Build and inspire a team to deliver strategic HR initiatives and support organizational change management
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of HR practices, technology, and business experience; graduate degree in HR or relevant field preferred
  • Proven success in managing global HR functions and developing people-focused policies
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices, laws, and customs
  • Experience in vendor management and project scope implementation
  • High emotional intelligence with exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
