Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Learning & Operational Excellence, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all functions of the Learning & Operational Excellence business unit, including Learning Systems and Employee Learning
- Develop and implement the vision and strategy for Learning and Operational Excellence, aligning with organizational needs
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required
- 15+ years of experience in leading learning and development or business process management
- 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
- Experience in a mid-sized or larger organization is strongly preferred
