Senior Vice President of Manufacturing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Manufacturing, Auto, Energy & Retail & Consumer Goods (MAE & RCG).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and execution for market growth and manage bookings goals
• Provide executive oversight for key accounts to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, and mentor team members while fostering collaboration between sales and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Consulting, or Delivery leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem or related SaaS space
• History of managing a portfolio with $30M+ in annual bookings and leading groups of 30+ individuals
• Experience in scaling quota-carrying teams and mentoring consultants
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
