Senior Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

Senior Vice President of Operations is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading the enterprise operational excellence strategy, designing scalable production systems, and ensuring consistent performance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise operational excellence strategy and global operating model for IVF production
• Implement statistical process control systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce variability
• Lead technical and quality control teams to ensure alignment with operational excellence and maintain high-quality standards across all locations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or highly regulated production environments
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control methodologies
• Experience in implementing automation technologies and digital production systems
• Strong executive leadership capabilities with a proven track record of driving organizational change
