Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with operational and financial management responsibilities
• Expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the charter school sector, education advocacy, or nonprofit leadership is preferred
