Senior Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L of scheduling, call center operations, revenue cycle management, interoperability, and post-scan fulfillment
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency through process redesign and automation
• Build and implement workforce management systems for a multi-state, distributed workforce

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-function operations with full P&L accountability
• Expertise in call center/scheduling operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare delivery operations
• Experience deploying AI and automation in operational environments
• Strong command of process improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma
• Experience operating within complex healthcare regulatory frameworks
