Senior Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise operating KPI framework and support structured operating reviews
• Establish and scale an internal Operational Excellence team, deploying methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that impact EBITDA, cash flow, and clinical efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting, healthcare services, or multi-site operations
• Proven experience leading enterprise PMO or operational excellence functions
• Strong financial fluency with the ability to connect operational metrics to EBITDA and cash performance
• Executive presence with the ability to facilitate high-accountability discussions
• MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred
