Senior Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To lead operational strategy and execution across the Health Plan, the full-time remote Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee critical functions including Health Plan Operations, Value-Based Care Strategy, and Provider Engagement, while driving cross-functional alignment and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes organizational strategic priorities in partnership with the COO and Leadership Team
• Provides executive oversight for health plan operational functions, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Leads the development and execution of value-based care strategies and oversees provider engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, particularly in health plan or healthcare operations
• Deep understanding of health plan operations, value-based care, and healthcare economics
• Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certification preferred
