Job Summary
Leading the strategic vision and commercial execution of the partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Vice President of Partner Growth will drive business transformations and oversee a high-performing sales organization while fostering executive relationships and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans that influence the broader organization's trajectory
- Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships with the top 10 highest-value partners to unlock mutual growth
- Drive operational rigor across teams, ensuring effective CRM management and accurate revenue forecasting
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, SaaS, or partner/channel management, with 10+ years in executive-level management
- Proven track record of managing multi-layered organizations and leading other Vice Presidents
- Demonstrated success interacting with Board members and C-level peers
- History of owning substantial revenue numbers ($100M+) and driving aggressive growth
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
