Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define account assignments and quota to operationalize strategy
  • Revise strategies and plans based on new opportunities and changes
  • Provide coaching and mentorship for Area Vice Presidents (AVPs)
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue at or above target
  • Experience in client-facing roles with SaaS recurring revenue products
  • Experience managing five or more direct reports
  • Hands-on experience with sales and healthcare data
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and retain high-performing teams
