Required Qualifications

• Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
• Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and managed care
• Experience in scaling and managing multi-state population health programs
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue cycle oversight
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams in complex healthcare environments
