Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven success in building and scaling people operations and HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and healthcare HR practices, including HIPAA compliance
  • Experience implementing HRIS and scalable people systems
