Senior Vice President of Platform

Job Summary

To lead the development and scaling of a core B2B SaaS platform, the fully remote Senior Vice President of Platform will manage both Product Management and Software Engineering teams, ensuring the integration of AI technologies and driving enterprise growth through strategic infrastructure and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unified executive leadership and technical direction to platform architects, product managers, and software engineers
• Define and lead the technical roadmap for the enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities in alignment with corporate strategy
• Drive the unification and standardization of core platform capabilities, ensuring high-quality infrastructure and developer experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading software product and/or engineering organizations in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, with at least 5+ years in an executive-level role
• Proven track record of managing both Product Management and Software Engineering teams simultaneously
• 12+ years of progressive technology experience across software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Strong technical depth in cloud-native platform design, APIs, and modern data architectures
• Experience managing multi-tiered organizations and establishing performance metrics for platform engineering
