Senior Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP of Product to lead product strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision aligned with the company's mission and growth strategy
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in clinical evidence and improve member experience throughout the care journey
• Lead and scale Product Management organizations while fostering a culture of accountability and customer empathy

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years leading large, multi-layered product organizations
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven technology environments
• Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience as a senior executive in a high-growth environment
• Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare is a plus
