Senior Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategic planning and execution of innovative educational products, the fully remote Senior Vice President of Product Management will drive product development, enhance learner outcomes, and foster cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute the strategic direction of product development to improve learning outcomes for all children
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure educational outcomes and drive continuous product improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related leadership role, preferably in the education or nonprofit sectors
• Proven ability to lead innovation in educational technology and manage large, cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable
