Senior Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the AI-native product strategy for the Sprinklr Service suite, the full-time Senior Vice President of Product Management will define innovative customer service experiences, oversee the product lifecycle, and engage with enterprise customers to drive growth and profitability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI-native product strategy, collaborating with executive leadership and shaping multi-year product direction
• Own the full product lifecycle, including product definition, roadmap delivery, and profitability strategies while ensuring operational excellence
• Act as a senior customer-facing leader, representing the product vision at customer events and translating insights into actionable product innovations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within global enterprise SaaS organizations
• Proven expertise in customer service/CX platforms, particularly in CCaaS, and extensive experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Strong track record in AI-driven product transformation and monetization strategies
• Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities, with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
