Senior Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Vice President of Product Management will lead the development of an AI-native platform for the employee lifecycle while managing a team of product managers and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product strategy and delivery for the platform rebuild and agentic layer
• Manage a team of product managers and the cross-functional operating system for product planning and communication
• Implement a disciplined strategic portfolio management process with ROI-based prioritization and a rolling roadmap cadence

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly at the VP or Head-of-Product level in B2B SaaS
• Strong execution track record with a history of delivering measurable outcomes on complex product footprints
• Technical credibility to engage substantively with engineering, data science, and QA teams
• Demonstrated ability to build trust through effective cross-functional communication
• Experience with platform/API products and third-party integrations, particularly in HR tech or adjacent regulated B2B domains
