Job Summary

As a remote Senior Vice President of Program Delivery, the successful candidate will orchestrate the strategic execution of a $50M+ multidisciplinary portfolio, ensuring high-performance delivery while managing financial integrity and advocating for AI integration in the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the strategic execution of a $50M+ multidisciplinary portfolio, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivery
• Define and evolve the operational standards and systems that support the "Huge Way" of working
• Lead a Program Delivery team of 20+ experts, mentoring and fostering a culture of accountability and creativity

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale portfolios within a digital agency, consultancy, or tech-services environment
• Proven track record of managing $50M+ portfolios while maintaining quality, efficiency, and financial health
• Experience leading large, diverse teams of 20+ and building a culture of accountability
• Strong business acumen with an innovation mindset, particularly in emerging technologies like AI and automation
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-level teams effectively
