Senior Vice President of Quality

Job Summary

Senior Vice President of Quality is a full-time, salaried position responsible for advancing performance quality, workforce capability, and data-driven intelligence across a large-scale RCM service delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern the enterprise training curriculum for all RCM roles
• Oversee QA programs for human work products and manage analytics infrastructure for performance insights
• Build and lead a high-performing team across training, quality assurance, and analytics functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above) within an RCM services organization
• Deep subject matter expertise in areas such as AR management, payer denials, or HIM/coding operations
• Proven experience building and scaling QA programs and fluency in RCM data analytics
