Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (SVP, RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global RCM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and client expectations
• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations for hospital system clients, ensuring service excellence and compliance
• Act as the executive sponsor for RCM technology strategy, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
• Deep expertise in hospital RCM operations, including multi-facility systems
• Proven experience managing large-scale, global teams, including offshore operations
• Strong financial acumen with direct accountability for budgets and operational performance
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
