Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations (SVP, RevOps).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue operations and sales operations, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating functions
- Own the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce, and oversee forecasting, planning, and revenue predictability
- Design and implement the Management Operating System (MOS) and govern performance management and incentives
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B technology or infrastructure software
- Proven success at the SVP/VP level, collaborating with C-suite and Boards
- Deep Salesforce expertise, including enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org consolidation
- Experience in forecasting, sales planning, compensation design, and revenue analytics
- Background in building and running a formal commercial Management Operating System (MOS)
