Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations (SVP, RevOps).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue operations and sales operations, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating functions
  • Own the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce, and oversee forecasting, planning, and revenue predictability
  • Design and implement the Management Operating System (MOS) and govern performance management and incentives
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B technology or infrastructure software
  • Proven success at the SVP/VP level, collaborating with C-suite and Boards
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org consolidation
  • Experience in forecasting, sales planning, compensation design, and revenue analytics
  • Background in building and running a formal commercial Management Operating System (MOS)
