Job Summary
Leading the global commercial operating model, the full-time Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations will drive revenue growth, enhance seller productivity, and ensure operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the global revenue operations model, ensuring clear ownership across various departments
- Enable revenue growth by improving seller productivity and simplifying sales processes
- Lead the design and optimization of sales compensation and incentive plans in collaboration with HR and Sales Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions
- 8-10+ years of leadership experience managing large, complex global teams
- Proven ownership of enterprise revenue operations across the commercial lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and commercial operations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
