Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a national remote sales force of 500+ inside sales professionals
  • Oversee core sales functions, including leadership, operations, enablement, and training
  • Drive growth through digital sales of recruiting services and performance development programs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale inside sales organizations (ideally teams of 200+) in B2C digital services, SaaS, or education/sports tech
  • Proven ability to manage and scale remote sales teams while driving measurable revenue growth
  • Expertise in modern inside sales strategies across multiple channels
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
  • Experience within youth sports, recruiting, or educational platforms is strongly preferred
