Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a national remote sales force of 500+ inside sales professionals
- Oversee core sales functions, including leadership, operations, enablement, and training
- Drive growth through digital sales of recruiting services and performance development programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale inside sales organizations (ideally teams of 200+) in B2C digital services, SaaS, or education/sports tech
- Proven ability to manage and scale remote sales teams while driving measurable revenue growth
- Expertise in modern inside sales strategies across multiple channels
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
- Experience within youth sports, recruiting, or educational platforms is strongly preferred
