Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead its Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale a high-performing consultative sales organization focused on strategic pharmaceutical partnerships
  • Own revenue targets and develop go-to-market plans for copay, cash, and affordability product lines
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies
Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technology, or life sciences business development
  • Proven success selling copay, affordability, or hub services solutions to pharma manufacturers
  • 7+ years of team leadership experience, including scaling sales teams
  • Deep understanding of commercial pharma operations and patient access challenges
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
