Job Summary
Leading net-new revenue growth for a B2B SaaS organization, the remote Senior Vice President of Sales will engage in closing complex deals, build high-performing sales teams, and drive predictable new business revenue at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the net-new business sales strategy to drive revenue growth across target markets
- Personally engage in and close complex, high-value B2B SaaS deals, acting as an executive presence in the sales cycle
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on hunting and closing new logo opportunities
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on net-new business and closing complex deals
- Demonstrated success in leading high-growth sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level opportunities and influence C-level decision makers
- Experience building and scaling sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS sales motions, metrics, and go-to-market strategies
