Job Summary

To lead the strategic vision and execution of the company's global go-to-market engine, the full-time remote Senior Vice President of Sales will develop and implement a global sales strategy, manage a sales team across various market segments, and drive customer engagement through strong relationships with CISOs.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to dominate the Continuous Offensive Security Testing Market
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pricing strategy, and customer feedback
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of enterprise software and/or tech-enabled services sales experience with a proven track record in scaling revenue
  • Previous CRO or VP/SVP-level sales leadership experience with a focus on cybersecurity buyers
  • Established relationships with CISOs and deep expertise in cybersecurity fundamentals and market dynamics
  • Experience in managing complex international sales motions, particularly in Europe
  • Strong forecasting skills and a customer-obsessed mindset, with a focus on long-term success
