Job Summary
As a hands-on leader, the full-time Senior Vice President of Sales will drive individual sales quotas while mentoring the sales team, shaping go-to-market strategies, and refining sales processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry and consistently exceed an individual sales quota focused on new logo health system and provider deals
- Mentor, coach, and develop sales team members, participating in calls and deal reviews to model best practices
- Build and refine the sales playbook, aligning go-to-market priorities with market opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales with a track record of exceeding quota
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams while still managing personal sales
- Experience selling into health systems, hospitals, or post-acute care organizations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare buying process and ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Trained in a formal sales methodology such as Miller Heiman, Covey, or similar
