Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, biology, engineering, or related field (Graduate degree strongly preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, planning, or scientific practice
• 5+ years of proven leadership at increasing levels of responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in growing scientific practices and driving innovation
• Strong scientific or technical background in at least one core discipline
