Job Summary

Senior Vice President of Second Mortgages is a full-time position responsible for leading the development and execution of a second lien mortgage platform, driving sales growth, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the second mortgage strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
• Lead the design and rollout of second mortgage products, ensuring market demand and profitability
• Serve as a customer-facing expert, driving product adoption and building relationships with industry partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of mortgage industry experience with a focus on second mortgage products and HELOCs
• 6+ years of leadership experience in mortgage strategy, product development, or sales leadership
• Strong understanding of mortgage operations, underwriting, and compliance
• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling mortgage products
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
