Senior Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Vice President of Strategy will direct market research, synthesize insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centered marketing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategy development
• Create briefs and provide input for program design and analytics
• Support the development of the Strategy team through coaching and mentoring early career strategists

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, anthropology/sociology, or psychology (preferred)
• 10+ years of strategy experience in a management consultancy or agency setting
• Management consulting background preferred
• Experience in healthcare marketing/planning desirable
• Significant experience in rheumatology and/or dermatology will be strongly preferred
