• Defines and executes the technology and data strategy, identifying needs and solutions
• Manages all technology and data functions, ensuring compliance and organizational needs are met
• Recruits and develops a high-performing, diverse workforce with a focus on professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• A minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience in technology, analytics, or project management
• Management experience with responsibilities for staff, strategy development, and budget accountability
• Experience with nonprofit and/or advocacy organizations preferred
• Commitment to animal protection strongly preferred
