Senior Vice President, Operational Resilience
Job Summary
Leading the development and enhancement of the enterprise-wide Operational Resilience Program, the remote Senior Vice President, Operational Resilience will manage the organization's resilience framework to ensure critical business services can withstand and recover from disruptions while providing strategic guidance across business units.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Operational Resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Facilitate impact tolerance setting, scenario testing, and mapping of critical business services across key business units
- Deliver actionable resilience reporting and insights to senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in enterprise resilience, recovery, business continuity, crisis management, technology, or risk management, OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same fields
