Job Summary
To drive outbound growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Vice President, Outbound Growth will manage the translation of the enterprise account strategy into coordinated outbound campaigns, oversee pipeline accountability, and collaborate with practice teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate enterprise account strategies into targeted outbound campaign priorities across various account tiers
- Manage outbound campaign operations for both GCP-assigned and non-GCP accounts, ensuring effective execution and tracking of pipeline outcomes
- Establish and maintain coordination with practice outbound teams to align efforts, share intelligence, and prevent duplication of outreach
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- 10+ years in business development, revenue operations, or growth leadership within life sciences or healthcare services, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
- Direct experience managing outbound campaign operations, including targeting and pipeline tracking
- Operational fluency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
- Experience working with or selling into emerging biotech and mid-tier pharmaceutical companies
