Job Summary
Leading enterprise workforce strategy, the full-time remote Senior Vice President, People Strategy will manage People Business Partnerships, Employee Relations, and Workforce Architecture, while collaborating with C-suite executives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve a best-in-class People Business Partner model to meet organizational needs
- Lead enterprise workforce architecture, designing structures and roles that align with business priorities
- Establish a data-driven people analytics strategy to deliver actionable workforce insights to executives
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years leading People Business Partner teams in complex organizations
- Proven experience in healthcare, technology, or mission-driven organizations
- Demonstrated success as a strategic HR partner to C-suite and senior executives
- Hands-on experience with workforce architecture, org design, and employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
