Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in collecting outstanding insurance balances and resolving accounts receivable for clients
• Analyze payment trends and report issues, providing recommendations for corrections
• Ensure compliance with Information Security and HIPAA policies, training direct reports accordingly

Required Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
• 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in acute care or revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of governmental and insurance reimbursement practices
• Experience in supporting business development during the sales process
• Ability to build teams and foster a cooperative work environment
