Senior Vice President, Strategic Transactions

Job Summary

Leading complex and high-impact commercial transactions, the full-time Senior Vice President, Strategic Transactions will negotiate enterprise-critical agreements related to hyperscale site transactions and energy procurement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic commercial transactions with hyperscale customers and infrastructure partners
• Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements and other energy procurement structures to ensure alignment with capacity needs and cost efficiency
• Integrate transaction strategy with cross-functional teams to align risk and execution of major deals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or relevant graduate degree) preferred
• Fifteen or more years of experience in strategic transactions, infrastructure, or energy-related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial negotiations and structuring sophisticated transactions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in underwriting and capital allocation
• Experience negotiating Power Purchase Agreements or similar energy-related commercial structures preferred
