Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards or related HR disciplines
  • Experience leading global programs across multiple regions and business units
  • Strong knowledge of executive compensation governance and global mobility practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data for strategic recommendations
  • Experience in a publicly traded, complex global organization preferred
