Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategy in partnership with senior leadership
• Oversee compensation programs, global benefits, and wellbeing strategies to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor on executive compensation, pay equity, and emerging total rewards trends

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards or related HR disciplines
• Experience leading global programs across multiple regions and business units
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation governance and global mobility practices
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data for strategic recommendations
• Experience in a publicly traded, complex global organization preferred
