Senior Vice President, Workers' Compensation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Workers' Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the WC and MVA service lines
• Provide executive oversight of operational performance to ensure revenue targets and client outcomes are met
• Develop and mentor senior leadership to build a strong and scalable leadership pipeline

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency initiatives
• Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and complex claims
• Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or leading through M&A integrations preferred
