Senior Vice President, Workplace Solutions

Job Summary

To define and scale innovative workplace-based 529 education savings and ABLE solutions, the full-time Senior Vice President, Workplace Solutions will manage product development, establish strategic partnerships, and drive national distribution in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for workplace solutions, including identifying and prioritizing channel partners
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to create an effective product strategy and define operational requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with top partners and clients to drive engagement and communication

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services management
• Deep understanding of workplace benefits, particularly in retirement and 529/ABLE products
• Proven experience in institutional relationship management within financial services
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams towards a shared vision
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
