Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver long-form and short-form content while meeting deadlines
• Define editorial style, pacing, and structure for new shows, creating templates and frameworks
• Review editor cuts, provide feedback, and mentor editors to improve quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video editing experience in both long-form and short-form content
• Experience mentoring or leading other editors in a production environment
• Strong editorial judgment with an understanding of pacing and storytelling
• Experience in building or defining creative direction for shows or content formats
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with structured post-production workflows
