Key Responsibilities

• Lead editing and optimization of Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and create paid social ads across various platforms
• Develop structured variations for creative testing and continuously iterate on creative based on performance data
• Collaborate with content and media buying teams to align on creative strategy while maintaining organized project files

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional video editing experience with a proven track record in editing VSLs and paid social ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused editing
• Experience in structured narratives, hooks, and pacing with minimal direction
• Familiarity with data-informed creative testing and iteration
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
