Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically with Adobe Premiere
• Proven success in editing short-form content for growing accounts
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and strategy in short-form videos
• Familiarity with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, and Nano Banana
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs
