Editing high-quality short-form video content for various platforms, the full-time Senior Video Editor will engage millions of consumers while optimizing ad performance remotely from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style video ads for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Contribute to pre-packaging concepts for video titles and thumbnails
• Leverage AI tools to create innovative video concepts and enhance content strategy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically using Adobe Premiere
• Proven success in editing short-form content for growing accounts
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and hooks in short-form videos
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ArcAds, VEO, and Nano Banana
• Analytical skills with a basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs
