Senior Video Editor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Video Editor will manage the editing of high volumes of performance video ads across various platforms, focusing on storytelling and optimizing content to drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit performance video ads end-to-end for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback, optimizing assets with speed
• Collaborate with creative leads and growth teams to enhance scripts and briefs, while maintaining an efficient editing workflow

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in performance or direct-response creative
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, with basic skills in After Effects
• Strong instincts for performance editing, including understanding hooks, pacing, and CTAs
• Experience with motion graphics and basic color grading to produce polished assets independently
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency
