Job Summary

Focused on delivering high-quality performance video content, the full-time Senior Video Editor will edit a high volume of video ads across various platforms, collaborating closely with creative leads and growth teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Edit performance video ads end-to-end across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback to optimize assets
• Maintain an efficient editing workflow, managing project files and asset libraries

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in performance or direct-response creative
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, with basic skills in After Effects
• Strong instincts for performance editing, including understanding hooks and pacing
• Ability to produce polished video assets independently, including motion graphics and color grading
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency
