Job Summary

Focused on delivering high-quality video content, the full-time Senior Video Editor will edit a high volume of performance video ads across various platforms, collaborating with creative leads and growth teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Edit performance video ads from first assembly through final delivery across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
• Iterate rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback to optimize video assets
• Manage an efficient editing workflow, including organizing project files and maintaining asset libraries

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in performance or direct-response creative
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, with familiarity in After Effects for basic motion graphics
• Strong instincts for performance editing, including understanding hooks, pacing, and CTAs
• Ability to deliver polished video assets independently, including basic color grading and audio mixing
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools to enhance productivity and creativity
