Job Summary

Leading the editorial process for impactful video content, the full-time Senior Video Editor will transform raw footage into compelling narratives while collaborating with creative teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end editing process for both short-form and long-form videos, including brand campaigns and documentary-style case studies
• Collaborate with creative directors and producers to establish visual style and storytelling standards across various channels
• Manage post-production workflows, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in video editing for brand stories, documentaries, or commercial campaigns
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, with knowledge of After Effects
• A strong reel demonstrating emotional range and narrative intelligence
• Ability to create compelling narrative arcs from unscripted footage and interviews
• Strong attention to pacing, rhythm, and audio mixing to enhance production quality
